****Important info in the mail from ANDRC****

Dear Presidents and Secretaries of the affiliated cluub of the ANDRC,

The ANDRC needs your nomination for convention judges.

The ANDRC is asking for each club to submit the names of up to 10 judges by June 1,2009. These nominations will be placed on the ballot this summer for membership vote. The procedure is a little different this year. Any nominations received will go directly on the ballot.

The Board of Directors will no longer narrow this list down to fit on the ballot or edit it in any way. We are counting on affiliated clubs to carefully consider their nominations. Be confident that your nominees can handle large classes efficiently, understand Netherland Dwarf type well enough to judge a convention, and can conduct themselves in a manner worthy of being a convention judge. Please take time to complete this very important ANDRC task.

We look forward to receiving your 10 nominees by June 1st. You may e-mail or mail your list of nominated judges to your club secretary (Vicki Weisgerber).
